This is an example of when modern architecture and stylish design combine to create something truly amazing. Located in Coconut Grove, Abascal Group completed construction of this new home in under 18 months. Working hand-in-hand with the architect and design team, Abascal Group was able to maximize efficiencies by working on the main home as well as the exterior features (pool, hardscapes, etc.) at the same time. Inside, clean lines and modern finishes are accentuated by intricate carpentry room dividers and floor to ceiling windows. Luxe appliances and plumbing fixtures create the high-end touchpoints that exude a feeling of quality and permanence. One of the most intriguing features of this custom home is the blending of the indoors with outside. Multiple rooms on the main level gracefully flow to the outdoor entertainment area, which features a resort-style pool, covered outdoor living space, grill area, and lush gardening.
